If you know a Virginian HIGH SCHOOL student with performance art talent (dance, Oratorical, Instrumentation, Vocal) please provide them with the application. I've arranged to push back the registration deadline until 2/25/13 to accomodate additional contestants. The prizes remain $300 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place, and $100 for 3rd place.
